1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, purchasing a plan, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

247iClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Service scope, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • We accept credit/debit cards and approved online payments

  • Prices are based on customer-provided details

  • Additional charges may apply if conditions differ upon arrival

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Minimum 24-hour notice required

  • Late cancellations: 50% charge

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts: 100% charge

 

If we are unable to access the property:

  • We will attempt contact

  • After a reasonable wait period, service will be canceled

  • Full charges apply

5. Recurring Services

  • Recurring services are offered at a discounted rate

  • If service is canceled after the first visit or interrupted:

    • Pricing may revert to one-time cleaning rates

    • Balance is due immediately

​

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, clients must:

  • Provide accurate booking details

  • Allow access to the property

  • Secure pets

  • Remove clutter

  • Ensure utilities are functioning

Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges or service refusal.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee (No Refund Policy)

We do not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost

 

8. Safety & Service Limitations

For safety reasons, we do not:

  • Lift heavy items

  • Climb on furniture or use large ladders

  • Handle biohazards (blood, waste, etc.)

  • Restrain aggressive pets

Failure to provide a safe environment may result in cancellation fees.

9. Damage & Liability

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Improperly installed items

    • Normal wear and tear

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Communication Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Service updates via SMS, phone, or email

  • Promotional messages (opt-out anytime)

11. Privacy

Your information is used solely to provide services and is never sold to third parties.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
